So according to this… Someone legally buys a semi-automatic rifle in one state. And then somehow buys a fully automatic lower, or makes one… Then puts it together. Then smuggles it into California. Then from there smuggles it down to Mexico. Sounds circuituos.
Like was casually mentioned – most of those guns are illegal in California, yet there they are in the hands of criminals. Gun control and ban works, eh?
I also find the claim that the FN P90 is the most common gun, the most easily concealed, and called “the cop killer.” It does shoot a small, high velocity round for penetrating armor, ok. But it’s a pretty rare gun on the market and that model had the civilian barrel on it. Not so easily concealed.
