…President Biden doesn’t have room to speak on gun control until his son faces, at minimum, a substantive criminal investigation into his answers on a background check when purchasing a firearm in 2018.

When asked by the Firearms Transaction Record (Form 4473) whether he is an “unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance,” Hunter Biden answered, “no.”

While it’s unclear whether Hunter was an active user at the time, it’s far from inconceivable following repeated rehab visits in 2003, 2010, and 2014 for treatment with highly addictive substances. In 2014, Hunter was discharged from the Navy for cocaine use, and according to the New Yorker, went on another cocaine binge in 2016.

Three years later, the president’s son abandoned his laptop at a Delaware repair shop. It possessed graphic footage of the first son appearing to smoke crack cocaine during sexual encounters. In 2018, the same year Hunter purchased the revolver apparently found abandoned in the garbage by Secret Service, the younger Biden was suspected of smoking crack in a D.C. strip club.

Lying on a Form 4473 to purchase a firearm is a felony offense that can carry up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Before Biden goes on lecturing Americans about responsible gun ownership and threatening to regulate ownership out of existence, some self-reflection is warranted.

  1. Oh no. How is Miner49er going to reconcile this article with his partisan beliefs? Oh the cognitive dissonance! Oh the inhumanity!

Let me guess Miner49er…this is all republican disinformation and Hunter is a Boy Scout right?

    • matt,

In order to have “cognitive dissonance”, MinorIQ must first have “cognition”. Since he utterly fails at that, the next step to “cognitive dissonance” is wholly superfluous. He ain’t gettin’ there, and never will. Yes, he is a partisan moron. No, he doesn’t have the faintest clue WTF he is talking about. Yes, he will say the most absurd things imaginable, with a straight face, to try to advance his beloved narrative. He is an uneducated, partisan moron, and an embarrasment to our species’ designation as “homo sapiens” – “sapient”, he ain’t. Just ask him to ‘splain to you how Article I, Section 8 of the Constution authorizes the federal goverrnment to institute universal gun control. A laugh riot.

    • Gov,

Can’t be too hard; hookers, strippers, and crack whores seemed to manage it on the daily.

    • The tree has been getting a watering lately, like the only palm tree on a desert island where a frat party kegger is being held.

  2. Seems pretty much standard fare to blame and punish people who have done nothing wrong for the troubles of a good Democrat.

It’s all YOUR fault San Fran is covered in feces.
It’s all YOUR fault Chicago sees a dozen murders a night.
It’s all YOUR fault Kensington Ave is an apocalyptic fentanyl wasteland.
It’s all YOUR fault the money printer go brrrrr……
It’s all YOUR fault some headcase shot up a school.
It’s all YOUR fault some black nationalist loon shot up a subway.
It’s all YOUR fault Hunter is a degenerate gun-toting crackhead drawn to incestuous jailbait and partial to prostitutes.

You should wake up everyday, look in the mirror and recite: “It’s all MY fault” whatever it is.
The poor Democrats can’t help themselves. It’s their “culture.”

  3. All that needs to happen is for a ATF agent with a a moral compass to investigate and file for a warrant for Hunter Biden Lying on on his 4473. Yes, The ATF agent will lose his job and be chastized, but the media needs to get this out into the mainstream.

    • Wally1,

Agree. Federal law enforcement has been captured and the white hats that remain are in a precarious place, unable to defend the Constitution except at great personal cost.

    • Wally, no matter what happens, the media will never touch this story. Doesn’t fit their narrative.

      • They’re occasionally forced to report on news that doesn’t line up with the narrative. It usually isn’t headline material, and it’s quickly dropped. Then they pat themselves on the back for being a real journalist for about two seconds. The withdrawal from Afghanistan is an example. They would still be talking about that daily if the president wasn’t a Democrat.

  4. Any FBI agents participating in TTAG? Rather, any whitehat FBI folk on TTAG?

It looks like tha FBI has been captured by the left. Our primary law enforcement agency ignores corruption, engages in political persecution, and tramples on the Constitution. THAT is why Hunter is not in prison.

You white hats, it is difficult to save the country without law enforcement support. We know you are in a difficult position, but we hope you can find a way….

    • Dreamer nothing but a dreamer…
It would be nice to see though wouldn’t it?
What’s greater? Truth justice and the American way or the agent’s 401K?

      • Muckraker,

        “Dreamer…”

You are correct, but, I have learned to visualize my dreams. It is the first step in fighting back.

    • The FBI was corrupt at it’s start. j. edgar hoover. He molded the agency after his own corrupt nature. It has never been clean.

  5. It has been made clear that the law does not apply to this family (or the anyone on the left in general).

The only way to make any of this right again is to vote them out. Any vote to a Democrat is a vote for corruption and socialism. It is a move towards death and destruction.

  6. it has been a while, i don’t remember the form 4473 being so vague, but the numerous rehab does clarify that. i do have a question about the Navy discharge—shouldn’t that be a Dishonorable Discharge, another red flag on the purchase of a firearm—-i vaguely remember 3 out of 4 shootings at military bases were by dishonorable servicemen. Wouldn’t that be the responsibility of the reporting bases’ commander? — isn’t the President in charge of all the Military? why aren’t the existing law being enforced, or he commanders held responsible for the failure to document?

    • It wasn’t a dishonorable discharge. It was categorized as some sort of administrative discharge. I have no idea if that’s the usual type of discharge for drug use, but that’s what Hunter got.

      • “administrative discharge” is what the services do for the rich and well-connectedm, in lieu of a “dishonorable”. Every actual veteran I know sees “administrative discharge” and automatically translates it to “dishonorable discharge of a rich, spoiled punk”.

    • dacian, the Dunderhead. As usual, you are caught in a lie. no where in the article does any person say that the firearm was unsecured. It does say the criminal “gained access”. Maybe reading comprehension is not your strong point?

      • dacian’s concept of “locked up” of you’re going to own an AR at all means encased in the exact center of a concrete at least three meters thick inside a one meter thick shell of impenetrable unobtainium inside a million dollar bank vault safe – at a minimum.

So, what he said is true, from a certain point of view.

        • Dacien’s concept of “safe storage” isn’t far off from what the House of Reps is proposing with the Kimberly Vaughn Safe Storage Act:

“The firearms and ammunition must be safely stored in one of two ways: (1) secured, unloaded, and separated in a safe and locked with a trigger lock … Safes, trigger locks, and storage facilities must be certified by the Department of Justice (DOJ).”

Dacien and Minor wouldn’t care if more children were killed by home invaders, robbers or rapists than would supposedly be “saved” by guns locked away where they couldn’t be accessed in case they were needed for defense. Similarly, they don’t care how many children are killed in school shootings as long as they can stand in the victims’ blood to advance their anti-defense proposals.

They hate guns — but they hate children and law-abiding homeowners even more.

        • (1) secured, unloaded, and separated in a safe and locked with a trigger lock …

Totally makes it useless for self defense. If someone busts into your home, you don’t have time to mess with all that. It is de-facto anti-self defense law. I’m sure the criminals will love it though, and I’m sure they are definitely following all the gun laws that we are following.

        • Stan,

“. . . in the exact center of a concrete at least three meters thick inside a one meter thick shell of impenetrable unobtainium inside a million dollar bank vault safe – at a minimum.”

So, . . . kinda like if an odd thought ACCIDENTALLY intruded into dacian’s crack-and-indoctrination addled ‘brain’???? The poor boy couldn’t follow a “train of thought” if it were on rails and he had a map. Remember, being uneducated and ignorant (as dacian is) can be cured; stupidity is a life sentence.

    • GRANDFATHER AND 4 STUDENTS MURDERED WITH THEIR OWN AR15…

You mean “Grandfather and 4 students murdered by escaped inmate.” That’s what you meant to say right? If he bludgeoned them to death with a garden hoe, it wouldn’t have fit your agenda, and you wouldn’t be talking about it. Nope, you need to cherry pick with specific cases to try to make a point that we need to give up freedoms, within our own home no doubt! to satisfy your cherry picked examples.

I can cherry pick you some examples of a Texas Harris county teenager, who used his fathers AR15 to ward off three burglars and protect his little sister. Why don’t you bring up some of these example? Looks like you only like particular shaped cherries. No thanks Dacian. ESAD!

    • And don’t feed us a bunch of crap about safe storage laws. Hunter Biden lied on a form 4473 and purchased a gun while a crack/parmesan cheese addict, and then his GF through the gun in a trash can near a school.

How many laws were broken there? Were those laws enforced? Was the perpetrator of those laws broken apprehended? No??????? No thanks on giving us more gun laws!

  7. He doesn’t care in fact he would use his sons example as to why we need to ban guns if one thing Democrats a consistent at it is hypocrisy.

  8. You forgot the other two felonies, giving the gun to his girlfriend, illegal transfer, and throwing the gun in a dumpster, illegal also. So 3 felonies, 30 years, $300K fines. Show the nation your commitment Uncle Joe. Make sure when you arrest him use the leg irons and stuff you threw on Peter Navarro.

    • Nothing will happen unless slow Joe is removed from office. And FOX covers(among others) Hunter every day. NO ONE is untouchable!:

  9. Seems like the NY Post could determine from the laptop files if he was using before and after the gun purchase date.

    • If nothing else, it was on his mind. He was apparently making porn searches along the lines of crack ho, and oddly enough, grieving widow.

  10. They cant prove nothing on hunter bides drug use. The pipe was filled with tobacco? He quit doing coke a week before he bought the gunm.
If you ain’t got an MJ card you cant prove nothing.

    • Let’s put it this way….

The ATF is free to interpret the form so that it aligns with their political leanings.
      For that reason he skates.
      Face it, we’re a republic….. a banana republic.

    • It’s unlikely that his constituents will elect anyone any better but hey Congressman, don’t let the door hit you on the way out. And when you get home try this simple experiment: fill a bucket with water, stick your hand into the water, pull your hand back out. See a hole? No? Neither will we when you leave Congress.

    • If the GOP “leadership” lets this happen then their party deserves to lose and we deserve whatever dystopia the Democrats cook up after the GOP is gone. For heaven’s sake WHY? Why would the Republicans do this? Oh yeah, their happier being “lovable losers” while appearing to do something rather than stand by their principles…Lord help us.

    • “I’ve never seen more Republicans willing to discuss changes in our gun laws than I did today,” Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) said in an interview on MSNBC

Well, Changes DO need to be made to gun laws.

The ATF and NFA need to go away. Silencers need to be treated like PPE through the hearing protection act. This whole idea of ten round magazine limits needs to be stopped. Every state in the union need to be ‘shall issue’ and simultaneously have permitless carry.

  11. Substantial proof we have a two-tiered justice system here in the USA. This case is almost as bad and obvious as anything Hillary has been able to get away with.

  12. Again, the Democrat gun-haters are trying to own the definition of “secured”. It’s the same desperate and paranoid word game as the one they use to define a firearm they don’t like as an “assault weapon”. In reality we all know there’s no such thing.

Very easily; secured is something that is locked up to prevent, or limit, access to it. If a firearm or any other tool is inside a locked house or automobile then it’s considered secured, as nobody is to have access to the inside of the house or car. If a child can have access to that which is dangerous then such items should be further secured to prevent access. Basically once something is behind a locked door it’s considered secured. The Democrats attempting to redefine this only proves their maniacal obsession with domination and control.

  13. The #1 crime family in our country! We’re so screwed! MAGA to the rescue!
