Click here to see a slide show of Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy’s firearms fatality-oriented “year in review” Tweets. We’re talking 147 images. SPOILER ALERT! Murphy’s social media binge ends with the Constitution State rep declaring “My point? The New Year’s resolution of every Congressman and Senator should be to make sure 2016 is different.” Different meaning that Mr. Murphy wants America’s elected politicians to degrade and destroy Americans’ natural, civil and Constitutionally protected right to keep and bear arms. You in?

  1. Yes, they should make it different! They should be actually working for the people and not to stay in power. Not making back door deals with other politicians and groups just so they can keep their office and their accustomed lifestyle. Get out and actually read all those ridiculous bills for themselves! If any member of Congress was forced to read an entire bill they wouldn’t be more than 15 pages.

Make 2016 different, do your job.

  2. If it can go wrong it will go wrong, and this is the wrong that is running our ship into the rocks.

I wonder how the intern that was forced to tweet all that while this dude is vacationing feels about all this.

  3. RF. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you and the entire TTAG staff and wish you a happy new year. I flew into Maryland yesterday so I won’t be able to open carry until my return to Dallas on the 14th,

  4. Typical democrat. That simple. Vote GOP or be ready to turn your guns in. Don’t believe me? Give it a try and analyze the results.

  5. And I thought MY senators sucked(oh wait- they do-a RINO and a DICK durbin) sigh…

  6. He says somewhere around and the end of January that all his info was from shooting tracker.com… Didn’t we just hear about them fluffing up thier numbers significantly

  7. And I thought I was the only one who occasionally drank too much and had my unpaid interns type up dumbshit for me on the internet!

  8. What this individual ever accomplished in his life to become a US senator for my state is completely beyond me. Oh that’s right, he’s a democrat and that’s the only qualification you need in Konnecticut.

Off to Alabama for me next year baby. I’m bringing reinforcements.

  9. Yes, something different. That is an action plan. That is the talk of a man who knows how to get things done. Yep, that kind of leadership just puts a charge up my leg.

I resolve that I am going to work Monday and tell my boss that I am revising my team’s goals for next year. Instead of having a cascaded plan that aligns with the company’s objectives we are “going to make sure that 2016 is different.”

    Happy New Year!

  10. Just another liberal that lives on social media, since they really can’t do much else. They think they are effective by the number of follwers they have.

  11. Read the whole thing. Only thing that popped out to me was the frequency of this happening in places that already have some of the toughest laws, by people that don’t give a crap about laws. And he is patting himself on the back for just repeating old news. And again the ‘”we’re the only country where this happens'” stuff. I guess that Mexico is not a country and they aren’t even suppose to have guns. I wish the money that I have to give to the Guberment, could go to the NRA. Because Wayne speaks more for what I stand for then any of these idiots. Its time to take back our country. Lets, everyone of us, get out, and rock the vote. Recruit people for all the organizations that support our values. Make a change/difference and make our representatives actually represent us.

  12. Once again, this just demonstrates that progressives always value state control over individual freedom. During the American Revolution they would have happily supported the crown.
