From the Firearms Policy Coalition . . .

Much like her necrotic career, Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA) yesterday introduced another failure of public policy, this time a proposed ban on so-called “assault weapons” and common firearm magazines that has been roundly rejected throughout the majority of the United States for good reason, not the least of which is that it is unconstitutional and immoral.

Calling to mind the character of tyrant Deputy Eric Cartman of the social commentary South Park, the 87-year-old career politician has lived her long life telling others how they must live, using the force of government to coerce and imprison millions of non-violent individuals—many of them people of color—ruining families and building her policy-prison-pipeline with her many decades of authoritarian policies.

She now again demands that the People of the United States ‘respect her authoritah,’ seeking to criminalize constitutionally protected and peaceable conduct and property.

“Military-style” weapons are, to be sure, precisely the category of arms that the Constitution protects. Indeed, the People have a fundamental human right to buy and build bearable arms that are equally effective in military conflict as they are in defense of life and property, a right that has been robustly exercised for centuries.

And thanks to the People’s growing choice to build their own arms at home rather than be unconstitutionally limited to whatever scraps of freedom the government sees fit to serve back to the very source of its power in government-licensed retailers, FPC is delighted and proud to see the arms Senator Feinstein would rather see confiscated being printed and assembled by the millions each year.

Come and take it file deterrence dispensed

FPC strongly opposes Senator Feinstein’s proposed law, and to be sure, FPC likewise opposes Senator Feinstein’s too-long tenure as an authoritarian elected official. We look forward to the day that Senator Feinstein’s immoral laws join her in retirement.

Moreover, FPC is proud to be litigating Second Amendment challenges to such laws that could make these political efforts moot now and into the future, protecting the right to keep, bear, and build these constitutionally protected arms for ours and future generations.

FPC will continue to mobilize individuals throughout the United States in efforts to defeat Sen. Feinstein’s legislation at FightDiFi.com, and we will continue to work fiercely and relentlessly to strike down bans on “assault weapons” throughout the country. We will leave no state, and no brother or sister, behind.

Firearms Policy Coalition and its FPC Law team are the nation’s next-generation advocates for the right to keep and bear arms and adjacent liberties, actively litigating dozens of major lawsuits including federal Second Amendment challenges to California’s ban on “assault weapons” (Miller v. Becerra), Maryland’s ban on “assault weapons” (Bianchi v. Frosh), California’s handgun “roster” and self-manufacturing bans (Renna v. Becerra), Maryland’s firearm carry ban (Call v. Jones), New Jersey’s firearm carry ban (Bennett v. Davis), New York City’s firearms carry ban (Greco v. New York City), the federal ban on the sale of handguns and handgun ammunition by federal firearm licensees (FFLs) to adults under 21 years of age (Reese v. BATFE), and others, with dozens more cases being prepared.

To follow these and other legal cases FPC is actively working on, visit the Legal Action section of FPC’s website or follow FPC on InstagramTwitterFacebookYouTube.

Firearms Policy Coalition (firearmspolicy.org) is a 501(c)4 nonprofit organization. FPC’s mission is to protect and defend constitutional rights—especially the right to keep and bear arms—advance individual liberty, and restore freedom through litigation and legal action, legislative and regulatory action, education, outreach, grassroots activism, other programs. FPC Law is the nation’s largest public interest legal team focused on Second Amendment and adjacent fundamental rights including freedom of speech and due process, conducting litigation, research, scholarly publications, and amicus briefing, among other efforts.

    • Daniel,

While I support your sentiment enthusiastically, it simply isn’t enough.

Our government actively and joyfully violates our fundamental rights. Any why shouldn’t they since they never pay any serious consequences for it?

Imagine a rapist who repeatedly rapes a victim and the worst that can possibly happen is the victim can demand a court order to stop the rapist — which will take at least two years for the lowest level court to finally issue the rape injunction. Of course the ink will not be dry on that rape injunction when an appeals court will issue a stay on that injunction and allow the rapist to keep raping the victim for another two years until the case gets to the appeals court. And the whole thing repeats for another two years while waiting for the supreme court to finally uphold the rape injunction. All the while, the rapist was raping the victim for six years and has started raping other victims in a slightly different manner which triggers the entire six-year process all over again.

        • Why is it that ANYBODY regularly seeks to decrease our freedoms? Dems are not the only ones who seek to impose their will on others, I have spent about 5 decades trying, unsuccessfully, to figure out *WHY*! Way back in the times of Prohibition, if you did not wish to drink you were free to not drink. What made these people think it was somehow their mission to FORCE other people to comply with their wishes or kill them trying? Today the same could be said about all manner of drugs, and in case you’ve missed it, also about alcohol, there are people who want to REPEAT the disaster which was prohibition.

        • They (meaning all gov expansionists, both Ds and Rs) seek to reduce our liberty in order to increase their power. Where there is a great deal of individual liberty there is little government power. And where there is a great deal of government power, there is little individual liberty.

    • actually, the “crazier” the bill the better…and the less chance it will be passed…or survive constitutional review…

  1. She needs to face a firing squad the treasonous bitch. She’s already sold us out to China and is currently under investigation along with her husband for insider trading, etc.,

      • Sieg Heil old bitter bat Jim Crow Gun Control fraulein fienstein…The fuhrer sends his best wishs. Your heavy iron fist is the envy of the Third Reich. To succeed fraulein feinstien we must combine our efforts to disarm resistance deplorables. We have trains and labor camps waiting. Firearms in the hands of deplorables cannot and will not be tolerated. Sieg Heil old bitter bat fraulein feinstein.

        • ? wtf…… what is WRONG with you??
jeez…. get over the nazi based race him crow gun control BS….

        • Litte debee, the ironic part of your ridiculous statement is that Feinstein is a communist jew, that really wants to disarm right wing, white people who she considers “NATZEES”. Geezus, your boomer takes are so… pathetic.

  2. No.

That is all I have to say to Feinstein and her ilk.

But wait…no, that is not all. I can’t respect authority you don’t legitimately have and never deserved. So it’s not just no, but HELL NO, fuck no, and no with a bullet. FOAD. ESAD. Die in a fire.

I think that probably covers it.

  3. Sigh…comment is awaiting moderation. I shouldn’t have been so frank. Let’s just say there are many ways to say no.

    • It’s impossible for two dry objects to occupy the same space, at the same time…🤷🤷🤷🤷

      • “It’s impossible for two dry objects to occupy the same space, at the same time…”

Think a little CLP could get things moving? Rem oil? EEzox?

I doubt it, she’s probably preserved with the same Cosmoline the ChiComs packed those surplus SKS’s in back in the 80s… 😉

        • Yet another incoherent post by Geoff TG, the ‘man’ who is actually proud to wear an NA mini revolver on a lanyard around his fat neck.

        • As opposed to you clownboy? You’re probably used to zap carrying a python.

        • All Hail needs to get a life. Rotating to a different name with each post doesn’t hide your tracks.

  4. I have read that some are beginning to see the mental deterioration of extreme old age in some of Senator Feinstein’s actions much like “President” Biden. Shame she got this bill out before assuming room temperature.

    • First, DiFi has NEVER been the brightest bulb in the string, even before she was senile (also true of Gropey Joe).

Second, yes, she is showing increasing, and obvious, signs of mental deterioration . . . from her already mentally deficient state.

Third, you don’t seriously believe she actually WROTE that POS, do you??? It’s a poor retread of her prior AWB (which accomplished NOTHING), and THAT was written by her staff.

DiFi, like the majority of our legislators, is a pathetic joke.

  5. Oh she’s been waiting for this since the sunset of the other one. She has stated multiple times that confiscation was the goal , no one allowed to own. Lord, I remember this like yesterday.

To think she is still in office after her driver of 20 years was found out to be a Chinese SPY.
My hope in this country is starting to fade, but I’m hanging on.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eNBfx7zPegA

    • My point exactly. Unbelievable she is even allowed to enter the Senate chambers much less file any bills. Her security clearance should’ve been pulled long ago. She’s a proven traitor and should be dealt with as such.

    • Coubtry’s cooked and has been for quite some time. It’s just now getting to being past well done so people are starting to really notice.

Empires and countries fall. Best to get on with getting over it.

      • Shoot, these fools are trying to convince us the world is gonna end in 8 years anyhow, so why are they fussing about things like 30-round mags?

      • i’m dumb enough to have looked that up before realizing the b key is adjacent to the n.

  6. Man shes HOT, is Sports Afield going to do a swimsuit issue. No wonder theres so much groping and grabbing going on in the WhiteHouse.

Scuse me boys I’m warming up the vaseline.

    • She hasn’t forgotten. She has never worked for the American people! She’s always been a user and a taker! She steps on whom she wants and then moves on! She has always been a dictator and a leech that believes she is better and above everyone else!! In other words, the very definition of a “communist”! A day will come when her name will go down in history forever to be remembered and taught to our children. There it will remain right long side the names of Benedict Arnold and Lee Harvey Oswald!

      • To a certain extent I must respectfully protest; I think you’re being a little unfair to Oswald. At least he was an honorably discharged veteran whether he fired any shots or not.

      • And I believe you are confused on the “communist” front, you are describing any politician.

  7. Ain’t him da geezer what waddles around wif an NAA Mini Revolver around his fat neck? Ahhhhhhahahaha!

  8. Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA) yesterday introduced another failure of public policy,

Sooooo, without even reading I’m guessing this is NOT legislation forbidding Senators and Congressmen from associating with, employing as a driver and/or sleeping with Chinese SPIES?

  9. Need a new California senator for California, She needs to retire or horribly die from Rectal explosion. Who’s gonna run against her?

    • I’m willing, so long as I can do it from Texas, you won’t ever catch me in California unless the airplane I was riding on caught fire.

  10. Just reach into the bag and pick out any other California raisin…. certainly couldn’t pick out anything worse.

  11. Link to bill: https://www.feinstein.senate.gov/public/_cache/files/a/7/a77ca0d0-07b0-4cc1-8ce5-271997fe1947/063DD11B94F08E05113DFC5F9841B0C4.assault-weapons-ban-of-2021.pdf

It is amazingly expansive, and includes kits or parts from which an “AW” can be assembled, specifically identifies an copy or clone of an AK, AR-15 or AR-10, includes Thordsen stocks in the definition of “pistol grip,” and bans all mags greater than 10 rounds. The only “saving grace” is that it grandfathers in existing firearms. Oh, and it exempts cops.

    • that it grandfathers in existing firearms..

If you fill out the forms, purchase the proper permits and swear allegiance to Satan/Dem party… Then they MIGHT let you keep some of your stuff but you won’t be able to buy ammo and there won’t be anywhere to shoot them if you can get ammo…

      • With the Drmocrats in power, we may just have to really exercise the 2nd Amendment including the first part about the militia.

With a “woke” military, it’s easier and even more necessary.

        • All of the free states and counties must unite against the Marxist Democrats and the Leftist states and counties.

    • “It is amazingly expansive, and includes kits or parts from which an “AW” can be assembled,…”

Meaning all parts? Zero repair possible on the grandfathered ones?

      I better hope I never toast a barrel…

    • Exempts cops? You are kidding! The whole story is that the only purpose for such a weapon is to kill as many people as possible as quickly as possible. Pray tell why cops would need to kill as many people as possible, as quickly as possible? Police should be restricted to muzzle loaders, or revolvers at the most extreme. And, that might get them more firmly on the correct side of the issue.

    • somehow my mini-14 always seems to slip through the cracks…best purchase I ever made…

      • Hmmmmm.. According to language in the bill, even a .22lr rifle (that has a detachable magazine and a rail system) would be considered an illegal weapon. It depends on the model of the mini.. Mine is an older one that might squeak through.. But that won’t matter, IF this steaming pile is allowed to pass (needs 60 votes in the Senate) then our beloved Mini 14 WILL be on the next one…

    • Absolutely true. This illegitimate regime has no power to enforce anything.
One Nation under God… In this constitutional Republic “We the People” are in authority and we allow bureaucrats to serve us. And they should fear us for we have the governing authority under Romans 13:1-5

      • Odd there’s already 25,000 gun laws on the books already then, huh?

“The People” must have fallen down on the job…

  12. Coloradans need to but Lauren Bobert in the Senate. #1 She’s Second Amendment Hardcore. #2 SHE’S A BABE!

    • #3 She’s crazy; #4 She aided and abetted the treacherous insurrectionists by giving them tours and tweeting their locations during their deplorable seditious activity.

      • Seriously @Hater?
Get your news from somewhere other than CNN, MSNBC, or whatever other site your looking at. That whole story was Bull, just like Russian collusion and mostly peaceful protest.
And for a country with more guns than people, 1/6 was awfully peaceful for an “armed insurrection”. Get your head out of the sand.

      • I’ve asked you before, but you refuse to answer, and I am legitimately curious: Is it physically painful to be that stupid?

Don’t go away mad, troll, just go away. Far away. And don’t bother coming back; we won’t miss you.

      • 3 She’s crazy; #4 She aided and abetted the treacherous insurrectionists by giving them tours and tweeting their locations

That is an outright FUCKING lie that has been spread by purse lipped pasty ass child molester Democrats AND their lyin’ ass cohorts in the “Fake News Media” Yes (in case you missed it) I said YOU are a fucking liar… Censor it if you must but the truth is what it is…

      • Seriously, go masturb8 in private; your public onanism on this forum would embarrass a middle school kid. NO ONE on this forum gives even one tiny, dry little crap what you think (“think” – ha ha, that was funny) about ANYTHING.

Don’t go away mad, you stupid, pathetic, brainless troll . . . just go away. No distance is sufficient, but feel free to stop if you reach Rigel. Mars isn’t even CLOSE to far enough (although I am sure you are experienced at exploring Uranus).

  13. “Diane Feinstein Demands That You Respect Her Authoritah!”

It is patriotic to reject demands from a puppet of the Chinese Communist Party.

F her and the rest of the Marxist Democrats.

    • Is it even more patriotic to resist demands from ALL parties? Asking for a friend…

      • Any politician or political party that doesn’t respect the Bill of Rights or defend our unalienable rights is worthy of our rejection and resistance.

Those that actively oppose or attempt to destroy our liberties deserve much, much worse from Patriots.

  14. If these liberals were freaking out about the visit to the Capitol in January was a social call . Just wait until you take away gun rights from millions of pissed off Americans.
    Tyranny is here.

    • Morning, Officer, I’m just on my way to the Capitol to turn my guns in to Senator Feinstein as she has demanded. Can you give me a police escort?

      • Can you give me a police escort?

Show up in DC with a single/handful/arm load/truck load of non DC permitted firearms and you won’t need to ASK for a police escort AND you won’t be going to Feinstein’s office….

  15. NOW NOW , BE NICE IN TELL HER BACK OFF . DON’T MESS WITH MY FARGAN RIGHTS YA FARGAN b ~ UUH WITCH . WITH A SMILE OF COURSE .

  16. “If you see the poor oppressed in a district, and justice and rights denied, do not be surprised at such things; for one official is eyed by a higher one, and over them both are others higher still.”

    Ecclesiastes 5:8 (NIV)

  17. It isn’t like people had no warning. I’ve been pointing out for the last six years that Feinstein was still there and still stood by her statement in the 60 Minutes interview from the 1994 debacle. She said if she had the votes she’d make everyone turn them all in. Now she is going for the gusto and has every intention of doing just that.

When you get 8 RINO idiots who waltz right along with Democrat schemes, America suffers. I’ve been begging people here to turn out the vote in every election. So when are the POTG going to get serious about removing hostile politicians from their offices? When will they remind the leeches that this is a government of the people?

Or will we all rediscover that it is actually possible for leeches to kill their host by sucking all the lifeblood out? Leeches figure they can always find other victims to suck dry. They don’t care even a tiny bit about their host.

  18. In my youth, for my sins, I worked for the City & County of San Francisco. DiFi was then Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and, unfortunately, my direct superior for several excruciating weeks. (Not so) fondly known as “Old Piano Legs”, she had a unique personal presence. Speaking with her was like the scene from Christmas Story where the kid sticks his tongue on the lamp post… only we’re talking a block of liquid nitrogen. The only other creature that affected me in the same way was the critter in Alien. This is not a misguided person, folks, this is evil incarnate.

  19. She just dusts off pretty much the same old ban bill when she can.

I need to oil my barrel shroud and folding shoulder thingy. Sorry DiFi, Mr and Mrs America will not be turning them in.

      • Even if you can get 200 votes in the Senate

Let’s see, 100 Senators (50 Rep, 48 Dems, 2 “Ind” & 1 BJ Queen) add 2, subtract 11, carry the one and call DOMINION… Yep using Democrat math it actually COULD be possible to gather up 200 votes for a gun ban bill..

    • And urban NY, and urban NJ, and urban Atlanta, GA, and urban Chicago, IL, and urban Seattle, WA, and urban Portland OR, and urban Albuquerque, NM, and urban St. Louis, MO. Shall I go on??

Anyone who hasn’t figured out that the cities ARE the problem? Hasn’t been paying attention.

  20. 2 comments; First we must convince minority communities, especially inner city blacks, that anti gun laws are racist. People in the most dangerous areas in our country are denied the choice of defending themselves, families, property by city laws; looking at you Chicago, NYC. Its time to get the word out in everyway possible.

Second; We are not helping our goal of defeating anti gun enthusiasts when we make comments like kill her, Fu*k her, violent comments, etc. We need to wise up. Those types of posts on sites like this just give the media, anti gun groups, and politicians the tools to show how “irresponsible and unhinged” we are and why Americans are not responsible enough to own firearms. Don’t give the enemy the ammo and tools to destroy the 2A.

    • From what I understand, inner city blacks already have most of the cultural tools necessary, in that they refuse regularly to help police find the scum who are killing and enslaving them. It would be a pretty short step to pick up a gun and SHOOT aforementioned scum, then everybody just shut up as normal.

  21. Does she still have a Chinese spy working as her driver or did that one get let go? Interesting when you see the foreign governments that have their hands in the pants of every sellout to America.

  22. What we need is a Constitutional Militia to bring feral Feinstein to a Constitutional Grand Jury (not the neutered GJ the DC organized crime syndicate created) and convict her of violating the highest law in the land. That is the plan of TACTICAL CIVICS™.

  23. Has anyone ever noticed how much in common our so called “leaders” like DiFi have with the old Soviet Politburo? They’re a bunch of crabby, octogenarian lifelong political hacks who have never done anything other than order people around and tell them how to live, while never having to abide by the same rules they force everyone else to live by. They seem to think of themselves as a sort of aristocracy who have been put on Earth to save us from ourselves.

DiFi is irrational. Her gun control laws aren’t based on actually keeping guns out of criminal’s hands (to the extent that’s possible) but to address her phobia that those of us in the great unwashed masses might hurt ourselves – or have too much power to make trouble for her and her kind.

I don’t know when it started, but certainly in my lifetime there has been a continual erosion of my personal liberties coupled with an increase in the control government has over my life. Somehow, we’ve transitioned from being citizens to becoming wards of the State. It’s exactly the sort of government the Founders tried to prevent. I truly believe the Founders were freer as subjects of George III than we are under the boot of political machine that runs the Country now.
