    • I used to think that, but then I realized how brilliant they are. It’s always disappointing when your gum gets hard and tasteless, but what if it started out that way? No disappointment.

  3. A total Glock fanboy back in the day, the XDS 4″ 45ACP is my fave carry pistol — after my XDM 3.8″ 45ACP, of course 🙂

      • no back-pocketing of the XDS 4″ and I can’t imagine the 3.3″ would work that well either, they’re terrific single-stack 45s but they are still a bit bulky for pocket carry, at least for me. It is great for appendix carry, though, and I’ll occasionally carry the double-stack XDM appendix and the single stack XDS in a left hand draw Alien Gear IWB on my support-side 8-o-clock hip.

        Haven’t shot the 3.3″. The 4″ with just a little more length and weight is very shootable, I’ve heard the 3.3 is a bit snappy.

  5. I suppose the gum is a hedge against the obligatory ass kicking he would otherwise be obligated to deal out.

  7. When this feature started I read the first 1/2 dozen, after that I just screen the pic and LAUGH MY ASS OFF! These EDCs are a joke right? Just testosterone gone wild with some metro sexual feel good stuff tossed in. Why have layers of less then lethal tools, going to keep picking through them till one works while you getting beat? All those “tacticool” not utility knives: you planning on fighting a knife with a knife instead of your gun? For backup? Where is your more effective BUG? Where’s the spare mag ammo? Holsters don’t matter either, do we all dress alike and do the same activity? Keys: who cares! You have a gun and a knife are you going to walk through a dark parking lot with keys sticking out between your fingers as your primary reponse to attack. Tampons and quick clot too. Hey, to each his or her own but this Section is getting obsurd to the point of moronic. Kill it. Just put up a Poll asking what gun(s) do you carry daily, and call it done.

  8. P.S. Why is there no listing for the tie (prepositioned strangulation device) and a corresponding Link to go buy one? Come on this whole EDC Section is just to sell product and you either missed one or could not get profit from it.
