Just ordered one for my non-gendered SBR look-a-like thingy. Just hoping it doesn’t make the little buddy more lethal.

Obviously, the “thingy” on a pistol will make the pistol illegal. Meaning, put it on a HK 412, RONI, or the KPOS. Or any SBR with an ATF stamp. OK.
Nice if the manufacturer would notice that fact.

It isn’t vertical, so it’s okay on a pistol. I would assume FAB Defense likely has documentation of this.
A forearm grip is a forearm grip. Not a bump stock which is construed as rapid-fire shooting and now an automatic weapon, not. Nor a shotgun with a 26″ barrel is cut to 6.8″ and is a destructive device. Please, let’s not even say the words pistol brace and shouldered for a brief moment to sight in. Oh, and god forbid, Karen spots an “L” shaped portion of my pants pocket, less the charge plus confiscation consider the brief display.
