    • Ehh, I don’t know about that. Sure, maybe that’s the way it was supposed to be but it’s been my experience that people that themselves ‘liberal’ are only ‘liberal’ when on the subject of something they like.

      • Liberalism is a Antiquated belief structure. It has been replaced with a much more Invidious Ideology known as Progressivism. George Orwell warned of this Re-Imagination of Society in “!984”. The Liberal Democrat Leadership seized upon it’s Transformative Properties and turned it into their Playbook to refine what it meant to be A Citizen and a Society. Which Obama spoke about.The Transformation of the United States. In doing so they have Indoctrinated several generations with their Ideologies of the Collective. The Hive Mind. Anyone or Anything not Conforming to the Prescribed Dogma. Must be considered Non Politically Correct and Banned from the Collective Culture. To be Shunned and Reduced to a Anarchist. To be Considered less than Human and an Enemy to the Progressive Society. Many will roll their eyes and think me a nut as was done to Winston Smith. Yet the evidence is there for those who choose to see. Educational Indoctrination, Political Correctness, Reporting of Those Who Speak Ill of the Prescribed Dogma, Cancel Culture, Internet Censorship, Technology and a Willingness to Forgo Privacy for It’s Perceived Benefits, CCTV Watching and Tracking People’s Movements. A Willingness of Citizens to Connect their CCTV to the Collective to be Monitored by the Chosen.
        All Facets of the Hive Mentality and the Progressive Ideology. “1984” I leave You to Decide.

        • They are leftist not liberals. Liberal comes from Liberty which means Freedom and Individualism.

          This is why conservatives lost the cultural war. They allow the left to define the terms, set the (ever-changing) boundaries and declare what is allowed.

          Conservatives are always reactive never proactive. So either words have meaning “..the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed” or words means what the left says and The Constitution is a living breathing document.

          Calling them Liberals is an effing compliment. But they are not the freedom party they are Communists, Socialists, Marxists, Statists and Fascists…

          If you can not even correctly identify your opponent, how do suppose you will ever prevail? (Hint: you won’t) If politics is down stream of cultural then Conservatives need to start taking their culture back.

    • In political terms ‘liberal’ means pushing for reforms or just changes to institutions. When the American colonies broke from King George III that meant republican democracy with constitutional limitations on government guaranteeing individual liberty. After that it morphed to replacing Tsar Nicholas with a totalitarian regime that was far more restrictive on human rights than the one it replaced. Ad infinitum. In contrast ‘conservative’ means wishing to conserve existing values and institutions and perhaps even going back on previous ‘reforms’. Liberal/conservative is good or bad depending on the institutions the liberals wish to replace.

    • Yes we must stop using the term completely. Use leftist, communist or authoritarian D-bag. Don’t know how they appropriated the term but they are the antithesis of liberty or libertarianism.

  5. My family paid to go see this guy in person, unsuspecting the actor was nothing like the character. We actually walked out of the performance. The actor in real life is crude and a 180 from the character which made him famous. I don’t think we have ever walked out of a performance we paid to attend before. He was THAT bad. It’s really sad because we used to enjoy watching even reruns of P&R.
