Gun Techs Settle Scores, Decide Deals in Brownells Big Ballerz Shootout

That madness that afflicts some people this time of year seems to have even affected the good people of central Iowa. The Brownells folks don’t just fix firearms and ship out sears, magazines bronze brushes and ammo. It looks like they have interests outside of work, too.

GRINNELL, Iowa (March 18, 2019) – Renowned for their firearms knowledge, skills and customer service, Brownells Gun Techs will display their rebounding, fancy dribbling and sweet jump shots in the Brownells Big Ballerz Shootout, starting March 18, 2019.

Showcased at Brownells.com and across Brownells’ various social media channels, the basketball-themed promotion lasts through 11:59 p.m. on April 1, and will offer great deals on products in the following categories: Reloading, Retro, Handgun and Rifle.

The highlight of the Brownells Big Ballerz Shootout is a two-on-two, generational basketball grudge match, pitting “old guy” Gun Techs Steve O and Dr. K against “young gun” Gun Techs “Slick” Caleb and Perry “The Pistol.”

The game will happen on March 31, with color commentary by F.A.K.E. News anchor Woof Howitzer, as seen on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.

If the old guys win, Brownells will slash prices on their Retro Rifles line. If the young guns win, customers get amazing discounts on Aero Precision rifles.

Starting March 18, viewers will be able to watch in-depth, pre-game interviews and shop each player’s personal product picks at super-special prices.

Every few days, a new product category will go on sale with the release of the next player interview.  Once live, all sales will continue throughout the duration of the Big Ballerz Shootout.

At the end of the game broadcast on March 31, either Retro Rifles or Aero Precision Rifles – depending on who wins – will be offered at blowout prices lasting until just before midnight on April 1.
