Interesting idea from a tacticool aspect. If it was small and rugged enough it might actually be useful, at least for the guys in the sandbox. The 5 round warning seems like something they could use.
That unit needs to be smaller. Not the numerical display, just the case.
Why didn’t they just count the number of rounds loaded, fire until empty, then check if the counter decremented by the right amount? Or am I missing something?
