As the old commercial observed, sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don’t. Along those lines, sometimes you can get away with OWB, and sometimes you can’t. Most gun guys and gals have two different rigs for those very different circumstances.
But while one tool for two jobs sometimes means it does neither one well, there’s an advantage a “convertible” holster like Blade-Tech’s Total Eclipse. You can change on the fly. Plus, you save some dinero. We’d guess both of those were considerations for Mike A when he was deciding on a rig for his GLOCK 43.

I’m on the fence about that set up for my Glock 19, seems like an awesome system but the IWB setup looks bulky.
In regards to the IWB set up, the AIWB is not that bulky. The Cloak Tuck 4.0 has more bulk than the AIWB does. I rotate which configuration I use in regards to if going through security checkpoints or not. I rarely use the Cloak Tuck 4.0 as I am almost always going somewhere were have to disarm due to Governmental mandate.
That holster is TERRIBLE. It’s bulky (IWB and OWB), and I would never trust it. I bought one for my glock 43 first time concealer testing the waters and returned it the next day. Got a custom kydex and everything is fine. There are just too many things wrong with the AGCT to list, but I did manage to leave a hefty amazon review to persuade buyers into looking elsewhere.
It’s better to let people decide for themselves what holster(s) to choose instead of trashing a manufacturer. What works for one person may not work for another.

Cool. I took up leatherworking at a young age due to the lousy choices of holsters for southpaws.
One of the assurances I like to give noobs in my shop: “If you end up with an entire drawer full of disused holsters you thought would work and didn’t – you’re not weird, that’s normal.”
Hell, I’ve probably got 50 holsters that I don’t use anymore, and I’m not a leather worker. Most are for old guns I no longer have, but I don’t want to get rid of in hopes I will obtain another one. They are my kind of holsters, real leather, Bianchi, and such. I’m not much of a fan of the new plastic stuff, although a have a few.
I too have been trying to make my ideal holster, I hand stitch, my fingers are getting sore because I’ve yet to hit exactly what I want.
My latest choice of IWB holster may be considered a bit on the chunky side. But it was comfortable from the moment I put it on. Plus it has the best system of setting up the Cant of any holster Ive ever used. I find it hard to believe its so simple. No one thought it up before them. Yes this is almost a commercial for them.
The “Revo” IWB made by Urban Carry is a terrific holster system. My 3 Alien gear holsters now sit in the proverbial milk crate with 20 or so other of the latest greatest holsters.
