1st off, I live in Kansas, and heck, not even far from the Bullet Hole shown in this video. High prices, and that was the one cool guy that works there lol.
While I like the idea of it being written into the state constitution, I don't think that it's going to have a lot of clout over anything placed at the federal level.
Anyways, Kansas is a far cry from the peoples republic of California to begin with. CCW with permit, no state-level brady bans, in general no backwards laws, but I think the number of people that go and hunt whitetail buck every year has a little to do with that.
