At the same time, she avails herself of the proven benefits that firearms provide against criminal attack. Yes, Kimmy K. is taking extensive (and expensive) action to ensure that she and her family get the very best proven protection that good guys with guns (and money) can provide, hiring all manner of armed protection specialists.
Yes, the famously bubble-bottomed reality TV star allegedly got the scare of her life while visiting Paris. Kardashian was reportedly robbed of $11 million in jewelry by armed theives. Sure, there’s more than a little talk that the entire “robbery” was faked for publicity purposes for her failing “Keeping up with the Kardashians” TV show, but we couldn’t possibly comment.
Either way, the former sex tape star is taking no chances now that she’s back in the USA. X17 cites a TMZ report that she’s augmented her armed security detail to include ex-CIA agents, Israeli specialists, and even former US Secret Service members. What’s more, she and her hubby Kanye West will be assigning armed bodyguards to siblings Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie, too.
Kimmy’s antics serve as a better illustration of hypocrisy than leadership on the gun control issue. She has every opportunity to lead by example in her quest for civilian disarmament.
For we little people, self-protection is very much a “do it yourself” project. We can’t afford to hire dozens of heavily armed dignitary protection specialists. The good news for Kim: if she really needs the attention going forward, she can always make another sex tape, which should be much less strenuous than enduring another robbery…authentic or not.

For the record, I don’t watch the show, and I don’t care for the Kardashians. However, while everyone is badmouthing the I3itch, I would like to point out that many anti-gun people have changed sides after being robbed, car-jacked, abused by a spouse, stalked, etc. Perhaps, and this is only a possibility rather than a probability, she may yet see the light and join the NRA. If the robbery isn’t a publicity stunt, perhaps this was her come to Jesus moment. Diane Feinstein had one many years ago and immediately got trained, got a CCW, and got a revolver. The fact that Hillary was nominated for POTUS would suggest that we have reached this critical point already. If she actually gets elected, it will remove all doubt.
