A thousand pardons to TTAG’s Armed Intelligentsia for the aborted live chat with gun guru Massad Ayoob. Mr. Ayoob is working on a case in NYC and ran smack dab into an unforeseen scheduling conflict. The good news: the coveritlive.com software works a treat. We know how to use it. And so do some of you, now. I promise that the next time we bring you a live chat, the chatee will be in attendance, even if it has to be at the point of a gun. Kidding. Thanks for your patience. And hey, how about that edit button?

  1. Quite the crowd that showed up for TTAG’s live chat experiment / maiden voyage tonight. Except for the guest of honor being called away, it certainly appears to have been a success. Saw a lot of familiar names and usual suspects scrolling by. This is the first forum that I have seen host a live chat. Excellent idea, can’t wait for round two. Robert, I think you have started something that’s going to prove to be very well received here. So when is live chat with Misters Lippard and Henderson, that’s what I want to know.

A likely excuse. His significant other probably scolded him for scheduling something like this on Valentine’s Day.
