   • Not only manufactured outside the US, it’s designed in the communist state of California, so double No thanks.

2. Try as I might, I can’t seem to come up with a use for a tactical single shoulderstrap backpack. Am I missing something?

3. Unless you’re into surgical embedding of your favorite carry piece, I suggest that ALL carry is “off body “.

   • Yes, but there a snatch-and-run thief can get your oddly shaped single strap backpack, taking your pants is not usually an option.

     • I see two straps. The one labeled 10 seems to eliminate the snatch and grab doesn’t it?

       • I doubt that flimsy plastic buckle would hold up to a determined thief tearing the bag off your shoulder. Add the fact that it fairly screams “THERE’S A GUN IN HERE”, making it a likelier target for a snatcher, and I don’t think I’d trust my gat to that little secondary strap.

         If you were to surgically embed a holster, wouldn’t that be “in-body”?

4. On their website they have a tactical poncho. A TACTICAL. PONCHO.

   • You don’t understand, it’s more high speed, low drag than other regular ponchos… For those rainy night ops when rappelling out of helicopter in a regular ponchos just isn’t an option.

   No, you are not right. Off-body carry is bad enough without magnifying its flaws by making it obvious.

6. Okay, serious question. I want some kind of backpack or satchel for EDC or items too big to carry on my body, kinda like a Bug Out Bag but not all those items, and the backpack/satchel/whatever needs to NOT have the tactical look. No military look, no MOLLE, nothing that draws attention to itself. Incognito is the goal. I want something better than the LLBean backpack I used in college that has yet to die 20 years after graduation. Suggestions/recommendations?

   • I use my old lap-top bag for everyday carry (tried carrying a backpack, but it look silly on a man in his thirties). It has two large interior compartments (roughly 10″x14″ each), several internal pockets that can hold pens, paper, Mylar blankets (folded), and even a decent sized exterior pocket. Nobody ever gives it a second look; virtually everyone at work or the bus stop carries something similar (though I doubt they keep what I keep in it). It has a single strap, which can be carried on a single shoulder, or over the head and across the torso for greater security. It’s able to carry both my winter and summer supplies.

     Of course my all time favorite carry bag is the satchel bag that my grandfather carried in the Pacific. It feels like it is indestructible, though it’s not very inconspicuous.

   • Google “messenger bag.” Lots of different colors, styles–and outrageous prices. For that incognito look, try something in a size that would fir a tablet or a mini laptop. Full size bags are invisible but bulky. Some camera lens bags might work too (I have one with a zippered top, but I have actual lenses in it). Whatever you find, it must have a sturdy cross-shoulder strap.

7. Other than a “Get Home Bag” for a car, I can’t really see much use for this. Most people are not “operators” and have no need for a small bag that can carry just enough ammo, food, water, and other supplies for a single afternoon.

   • Might make a decent bag for a trauma kit. But I think I’d just buy the BlackHawk kit.

9. I don’t understand this whole “tactical” thing. Other than hunting gear (common around here in the fall), you don’t see anyone doing the “tactical” thing. Being in my 50’s, there is no way I would carry any sort of tactical bag unless I was going to the range–and I wear 5.11s pretty much all the time. I can’t imagine carrying a bag like this in ANY urban area.

10. Judging by the brass flying. She has a full auto m14.

    If she can keep it on target that much after that many rounds, I’m not sure I want to mess with her. Gun or not!!!

    Cost about $180 after shipping? Check…

    That’s the perfecta of a non-starter for me. I’d rather not look like a target by wearing something so blatantly “tactical” in my everyday carry. You’re just drawing attention at that point. Like their tactical poncho, WhoTF would wear that? And that clocks in at about $160 shipped.

    • Is there supposed to be a problem with people first getting interested in firearms from playing video games?

      • Nooo, it’s just another POS marketed to SSgt Lazyboy and the 360 brigade. I don’t have an issue with a video game sparking someone’s interest in firearms as long as they unplug themselves from the TV and go out and get a real education in safety, use, etc. My comment was aimed at the sofa elite who keep these a$$clowns in business because they are spellbound by the word “tactical”. Pause the game next time and look up nomenclature because I didn’t say anything about interest.

13. Is that an M14/M1A SOCOM in the picture?? Straight box mag with release lever in the rear…rail…garand style safety…flash suppressor…I think it is!

    • Yes that’s what it’s SUPPOSED to Be but why would a Super Model be packing one, especially one with 3 sighting systems?
      Someone call Marketing, Stat!
