I find it interesting that the Senator asks Kagan about the right to bear arms “in your own home.” What about someone else’s home? What about at work? Worship? A park? Walking down the street? In a restaurant? I guess “home defense” is the politically palatable way to approach the issue of Second Amendment rights. But shouldn’t gun rights advocates ask for MORE than what they expect to receive?
