The AP reports that a 41-year-old man [not shown] faces felony charges after firing a shotgun at the fence around his home to “blow off steam” after an argument with his wife. “Mandeville [Louisiana] police spokesman Eric Gulino said officers were called to the home Sunday after neighbors reported hearing gunshots from the property. No one was injured by the shots and the only property the man damaged was his own.” So the police booked him with illegally discharging a weapon and aggravated criminal damage to property, which are both felonies. Oh, and disturbing the peace.
