And if I knew, how come the adults within six feet of her didn't? And yet allowed her to go ahead and hurt herself and possibly others?
Give the kid a 22, teach her up right, and you've got a shooter for life. Letting a kid hurt herself by over-gunning her and offering her (obvious by her grip and stance) zero instruction, you turn a kid off to shooting sports for life.
