“[H]e’s used”? Past tense? No way. Obama used. Bush used. Clinton used but didn’t inhale. And if you went to college in the 1960s and didn’t use anything, then you didn’t go to college in the sixties. The current Brady language prohibits anyone who “is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance” from purchasing a gun. That’s “is,” as in present tense. And it doesn’t matter what the definition of “is” is.
Looking at that photo, all I can think is, why the 8-year old?
Is that wrong?
Is that a trick question?
Yes that’s wrong and it’s not funny, but I must admit that it was the first thing that crossed my mind when I saw that photo. I’m either sick or twisted or both.
Chuck would have been 20 in 1970. Hmm.
