That “375 Raptor” is a baby .375 for little kids to play with.
I popped a lot of coyotes years ago with the real .375…. .375 H&H with (no longer available) Sierra 300 gr Spitzer Boattails over as much IMR 4064 as could fit in the case. That 300 gr Sierra was going about 75 to 100 fps faster than factory 300 gr loads and it was a big crummy varmint bullet at best, it would expand or disintegrate on impact with just about anything.
It dropped them faster than anything else I’ve ever used.
There are several shops that have the correct setups to make custom ammo for you. I’ve done it myself with two obsolete cartridges. Here’s one for .375 H&H Mag:
the Sierra rounds using the bullet went out of production. the actual bullet is still available from either custom houses or under discrete brands by contract.

Apologies if I misunderstood you. I thought you were referring to the cartridge itself being out of production; you may have meant only those specific bullets. In any case, those custom reloads are pricey for your H&H! I paid $2.50/ea (almost $50 for a box of 20) for .30 Remington to test out a 110-year-old rifle restoration.

I am still wondering why not use the aircrafts guns for balloon. Were they worried about where rounds would go after hitting the thing? Legitimate question.
As I understand it, yes, they were concerned a non-detonated round hitting a plow one spring and *Boom*. Or it laying on the ground and someone taking it home with them…
Oh, and apparently they hit the jackpot on that balloon they shot down in shallow water. It apparently had a self-destruct mechanism that failed to go off, so the intel guys have something to take apart and learn from.
And we apparently have had U2 spy planes taking turns over it the entire time it was overhead. One pilot even got a selfie pic of his airplane’s shadow on the balloon envelope from overhead :

All this relies on maintenance and if junior staff decide it’s easier to fill out the paperwork but not actually do the job they will do so.
Remember the mobiks are given a list of items they have to buy including clothes, boots, sleeping bags, and even night vision. You can see them in videos with mismatched “uniforms” of various patterns, wearing hiking boots or even runners, and are frequently dumped in the combat zone without food, shelter, and even weapons. And the gear they bought themselves is then stolen from them by their officers, regular troops, Wagner criminals, and Chechens.
The world’s second most powerful army can’t even feed, clothe, and arm its troops. Corruption from the top down has made the Russian military a hollow shell that is a shadow of its former self.
Not *one* of the Russian troops wants to be there, while the Ukraine people are literally fighting for their homes.
Oh, and as more pictures come out about the rape and torture centers, and mass graves of murdered civilians?

I hunt coyotes on my ranch sometimes with just .22 Magnum, taking sub 100-yard shots. Works fine. Coyotes aren’t that hard to kill. Both .22 Creedmoor and .375 Raptor are overkill. 5.56/.223 is plenty adequate and a lot easier to find. I don’t really understand why people feel driven to use these weird specialty cartridges.
